T&T ComfortSeekers provides professional caregiver placement and family care coordination services, including but not limited to:

• Childcare and babysitting services

• Night care support

• Postpartum support

• Elderly care assistance

• Home care assistance

• Twenty-four-hour family care solutions

Care services are delivered within private residences based on agreed service arrangements.

3. Caregiver Placement

T&T ComfortSeekers:

• Screens and verifies caregivers prior to placement

• Matches caregivers according to client needs

• Facilitates introductions and service coordination

T&T ComfortSeekers does not guarantee personal compatibility, as caregiving relationships depend on household dynamics and individual preferences.

4. Employment Status

Depending on the selected service model:

• Caregivers may operate as independent contractors, or

• Caregivers may be assigned under structured agency supervision.

Clients acknowledge that caregiving services occur within a private home environment and cooperation from household members is required for safe service delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe and respectful working environment

• Disclose relevant medical, behavioural, or household risks

• Provide accurate care instructions

• Ensure accessible working conditions for caregivers

• Treat caregivers with dignity and professionalism

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Services are scheduled based on availability.

• Cancellation notice requirements will be communicated during booking.

• Late cancellations or last-minute schedule changes may incur service fees.

Emergency adjustments will be handled with reasonable accommodation where possible.

7. Payments

Service fees:

• Are communicated prior to service confirmation

• Must be paid according to agreed payment terms

• May vary based on service duration, urgency, or specialization

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

While T&T ComfortSeekers exercises thorough screening and monitoring procedures:

• The agency cannot guarantee outcomes beyond reasonable professional standards.

• T&T ComfortSeekers shall not be liable for unforeseen incidents arising from circumstances outside its direct control.

Clients retain responsibility for household conditions and supervision decisions.

9. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Personal information

• Medical information

• Family matters

• Household details

Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited.

10. Service Termination

T&T ComfortSeekers reserves the right to terminate services where:

• Safety concerns arise

• Abuse or misconduct occurs

• Payment obligations are not met

• Terms are violated

Clients may also discontinue services with reasonable notice.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Submit false information

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
